Authority without keys

A Bitcoin native model, delivering  ownership without persistent secrets

THE PROBLEM

Bitcoin relies on private keys to represent ownership.

Private keys are:

static - copyable - must be stored indefinitely

This creates unavoidable failure modes:

loss - theft - failed inheritance

A system based on permanent secrets assumes perfect long-term secrecy.

That assumption does not hold.

THE SHIFT

YUSTRA explores a new Primitive:

Authority is PHYSICAL presence; never digital.

Permission is not stored: it is recreated in real time:

- No persistent key.

- No transferable secret.

Instead:

- ephemeral permission

- derived from Authority's non-copyable entropy

existing only at the point of execution

BITCOIN-NATIVE EXECUTION

Using existing Bitcoin primitives:

- timelocks

- script paths

YUSTRA enables:

- conditional ownership transitions

- recovery without intermediaries

- automated succession

FIRST APPLICATION

Trustless Asset Succession

Assets transfer over time lapse, automatically as predefined conditions are met.

No custodians.

No manual recovery.

No legal execution layer.

STATUS

Architecture defined

Initial implementation in progress

Focused on Bitcoin-native custody and succession
